Who receives your request
RedDog Insurance receives the information you submit through this website. We may offer to introduce you to other licensed agents we work with who can discuss additional options that may be relevant to you, including annuities, strategies sometimes called “infinite banking,” and other advanced-market options. We will ask for your permission before sharing your contact details with another agent. We do not sell your information or give your request to competing agents or lead brokers. Information submitted through the quote form is encrypted before it is stored in our database.
What we collect
The quote form asks for your name, phone, email, state, age, coverage interest and goal, and your contact choices. If you book an appointment, we collect your name, phone, email, selected time, and permission to contact you about that appointment. We also keep the time of submission and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the forms. If you arrived through a link with campaign labels, we save those labels with your quote request so we can tell how you found us. Do not send medical histories, medications, Social Security numbers, or payment details through these forms.
How we use and share it
We use your request to contact you, understand your insurance goals, and discuss options. If you book, the website checks Paul’s Outlook availability and sends your name, email, and appointment time to Microsoft to create a calendar invitation. An introduction to another licensed agent is your choice; we do not automatically transfer your request to that agent. Service providers such as Cloudflare and Microsoft may process relevant information on our behalf. If you choose to apply, relevant details may also be shared with insurers and application-service providers as needed and with the appropriate disclosures. We may disclose information when law requires it or to protect the service.
Storage and retention
Submitted requests are encrypted before they are stored on RedDog’s server. We retain them as long as needed to respond, service the relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations. No Internet system can promise absolute security.
Marketing and texts
This website does not use advertising trackers. The quote form’s optional text choice is separate from the required permission to respond by phone or email. If you opt in to texts, you can reply STOP to opt out. We do not sell mobile information or text opt-in data for marketing.
